The Paper Submission for the conference is closed.
Accepted papers of oral presentations and poster could be submitted to the Journal of Electrostatics by now. The gate will close at October 15th 2016.
We are proud to announce that the Editor of the Journal of Electrostatics is also willing to publish every poster presented at the Electrostatics 2017 as full length paper in the special issue of the Journal of Electrostatics. So please be prepared to submit your poster as full paper in "journal quality" in the same way as described in the information for full paper authors before October 15th 2016. Please be aware to use the option "SI Electrostatics 2017" for the journal type.
Full articles of posters submitted later may possibly be published e.g. in the online version of the journal only. The poster itself needs only to be ready at the date of the conference.

The steps to submit your manuscript to the Electrostatics 2017 tome of the Journal of Electrostatics have changed. A new "Evise" system is installed since August 12th 2016.

The deadline for submitting abstracts was extended to 1 May 2016. The deadline for the final manuscript is 1 October 2016. All articles will receive professional review by the scientific board of the conference.
Please use the template for upload your abstract. The congress language is English.
The abstract should have no more than 1 MB, 2 pages and please use doc or docx format. Please find more details at the authors information page. It is possble to submit up to 2 papers without additional charge.
Accepted articles will be submitted to the Journal of Electrostatics for publication. Note that acceptance and publication of the article requires that at least one author is registered for the conference.
Accepted abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts which will be distributed at the congress.
Please note: Registration fee cannot be waived for authors.
