Call for Papers

Abstracts (lecture or poster) with focus on High temperature corrosion and Salt and deposit induced corrosion are welcome.

Please submit proposed contributions in form of a one page abstract (max. 1 MB) through the button below. The congress language is English. Before uploading the abstract please deactivate the review mode.

1. Please use only the conference template to correctly format your contribution.
2. Enter the author list (author and co-author) and contact details in the same order as in your abstract!
3. DECHEMA will NOT make any changes or corrective action regarding the author information, so please make sure to check them accurately.

Accepted abstracts will be published in a booklet which will be distributed at the conference.

Abstract submission by 30 April 2018

Please note:

Registration fee cannot be waived for authors. Submission of Last-Minute-Posters will be possible during July and the middle of August 2018.

Full Paper Submission

If you decide to submit a full paper of your presentation which is greatly encouraged, please use the webpage of the journal Materials and Corrosion under https://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/maco/ and indicate in the respective line (asking whether it is a congress or workshop paper etc.) “EFC-workshop”. Instructions for preparation of the manuscripts are also given there.

The manuscript will then undergo the formal journal´s reviewing process.
Deadline for submission is 31 October 2018.
