The poster presentation of latest results is an important facet of the scientific programme. The posters will be presented and numbered according to the poster programme.
Please note: the poster programme will be split into 3 sessions. The posters will be allocated in due time.
The following schedule has been set up:
Poster Session A
Posters of session A should be mounted until Monday, 25 September 2017, 9:00 and be removed at the end of the day. Poster session A will take place on Monday, 25 September 2017 directly after Lunch, from 14:00 to 15:00.
Poster Session B
Posters of session B should be mounted on Tuesday morning, 26 September 2017, until 9:00 and to be removed at the end of the day. Poster session B will take place on Tuesday, 26 September 2017 directly after Lunch, from 14:00 to 15:00.
Poster Session C
Posters of session C should be mounted on Wednesday morning, 27 September 2017, until 9:00 and to be removed at the end of the day. Poster session C will take place on Wednesday, 27 September 2017 directly after Lunch, from 14:00 to 15:00.
The authors are asked to be at their posters during their respective poster sessions in order to answer questions and provide further information.
15 minutes inclusive 3 minutes discussion time
30 minutes incl 5 min. discussion time
→ Strict timekeeping will be essential for the smooth running of the conference. The lecture has to be presented in English.
A data projector and a notebook will be available (MS- Office-Version 2010, Acrobat Reader (Version 9.3) and PowerPoint Viewer 2007). Please bring your presentation on an USB stick or on a CD ROM. The presentation should be uploaded to the conference notebook preferably the day before your presentation or at least 2 hours prior.
In case you have special technical requirements regarding your presentation (e.g. a video, or using Apple Software) please use your own laptop and make sure that the display screen is adjusted to 1024x768 (XGA) pixel for screen resolution and give us information in case your laptop has only DVI access.
Deadline for submission of 4 page abstracts was 31 March 2017.
All accepted contributions (posters and lectures) will be published as extended abstracts (4 pages) in a proceedings volume through Trans Tech Publications Ltd and will be available at the conference.
The manuscripts will be submitted via Trans Tech Publications Ltd directly.
The individual login data and further instructions had been sent out to the authors. Please make sure to follow these instructions closely and use the provided template to ensure that your contribution can be processed and is part of the proceedings.
