Information for Authors

TECHNICAL INFORMATION FOR LECTURERS

Oral presentations: the time for your oral presentation is 15 minutes plus 5 minutes for discussion. Strict timekeeping will be essential to the smooth running of the meeting. The lecture must be delivered in English. Please bring your presentation on an USB stick or on CD and pre-load your presentation on the presentation PC available in each lecture room during the coffee break before your lecture will start at the lastest. If you want to use your own laptop please let us now.

INFORMATION FOR POSTER AUTHORS

POSTER INSTRUCTIONS - available for download (20 kb)

Poster Awards:
Up to 10 posters will be evaluated by the conference chairs to receive an award of 100 € each and a certificate. The authors of the posters selected for a poster award will be informed by a sign on their poster wall on Wednesday morning. The award ceremony will take place on Wednesday, May 15, 2013 from 12:15-12:30 am.

Poster display times:
All posters should preferably be put up on Sunday, May 12, 2013, 6-8 p.m. and are welcome to stay until Thursday, May 16, 2013 at 1:00 p.m.
Poster authors are expected to be present during the Poster Sessions.

  • Poster Session 1 for posters with even numbers on Monday, May 13,
    from 5:50 p.m. till 9:00 p.m. and during coffee breaks
  • Poster Session 2 for posters with uneven numbers on Tuesday, May 14,
    from 5:50 p.m. till 09:00 p.m. and during coffee breaks.

PUBLICATIONS

The one-page abstract already submitted will be published on the internet programme for download.

Authors of accepted contributions are offered the opportunity to submit the presentation in electronic form on a Web based platform after the conference to make it available for download. Please submit your electronic file here.
