The official language of the conference is English.
As an online networking platform we use Converia's Virtual Venue. Here you can visit lectures, posters and meet participants and exhibitors.
The ZOOM Meeting will be used for the live-streaming of the lectures. We recommend all speakers to download the ZOOM APP to share your presentation
(https://zoom.us/download). In case you have already installed it, make sure that you have the latest version.
It is recommended to use Google Chrome or Firefox as your browser.
Keynote lecture is planned for a 25 min talk plus 5 min discussion (totally 30 min).
Lecture from Call for Papers is planned for a 14 min talk plus 1 min discussion (totally 15 min).
Poster lecture (selected posters only) is planned for 5 min talk with 5 slides (totally 5 min).
At end of each session 15 min are planned for discussion with all speakers of the session.
Strict timekeeping will be essential for the smooth running of the conference.
Please prepare your slides in 16:9 format.
In case that you use special software for your presentation or if you have videos included into your file, please notify the conference secretariat in advance.
The E-Posters will be displayed throughout the whole online conference.
Poster session I: 5 May, 3.05 - 4.45 p.m.
Poster session II: 6 May, 1.30 - 3 p.m.
The poster authors are requested to be online in the Virtual Venue during the poster sessions for Q&A. Go to the check list for poster authors.

The UPLOAD OF YOUR E-POSTER ends on 15 April 2021.
