The DECHEMA terms and conditions apply for all conferences. Please note that the following information are exerpts and supplements to the general terms and conditions.
Registration is possible up to the beginning of the conference. Confirmation of registration will be sent immediately by email. You will receive the invoice by post mail within two weeks.
The registration fees include a conference ticket, the book of abstracts (PDF) and the list of participants. The documents and log-in data for the online conference will be sent to youone day prior to the conference at the latest.
With your registration for participation, you agree that DECHEMA may pass on your contact details (title, first name, surname, institution, city, country, e-mail) to those exhibitors whose virtual exhibition stands you visit.
Cancellations are only accepted in writing (i.e. by fax, surface mail or e-mail).
Please find details about cancellation dates and fees in the general terms and conditions. In case of no-show the conference fees won't be refunded and fees that might not have been paid yet, still have to be paid.
