The time for the oral presentation is 25 minutes including 5 minutes for discussion. Strict timekeeping will be essential for the smooth running of the conference. The lecture has to be presented in English.
A data projector and a notebook will be available (MS- Office-Version 2010, Acrobat Reader (Version 9.3) and PowerPoint Viewer 2007). Please bring your presentation on an USB stick or on a CD ROM.
In case you have special technical requirements regarding your presentation (e.g. a video, or using Apple Software) please use your own laptop and make sure that the display screen is adjusted to 1024x768 (XGA) pixel for screen resolution and give us information in case your laptop has only DVI access.
In order to have your curriculum vitae available for the session chairs to introduce you to the audience, please complete the enclosed form and return it to congress office until 15 July 2012 at the latest.
The poster presentation of latest results is an important facet of the scientific programme. The posters will be presented and numbered according to the poster programme.
Posters are to be mounted until Monday, 17 September 2012, 9:30 and to be removed at the end of the conference on Thursday, 20 September until 14:00.

Visit the posters and talk to the exhibitors and to your colleagues. All participants are invited to the poster session which will take place in the foyer of the lecture hall among the poster walls and exhibition stands allowing active discussion.
We are happy to have the opportunity to award poster prizes for the best posters - thanks to the generous sponsorship by JOWAT AG, Detmold/D. The awards will be presented at the closing session on Thursday, 20 September 2012, 13:30.
You are invited to submit a full manuscript or extended abstract for publication on a CD ROM, which will be distributed to the participants as conference documents.
The extended abstract should be submitted at Submission for Extended Abstracts by using your login code (name and paper number).
