Dr. Charlotte Wiles is the CEO of Chemtrix BV and started her research in the area of continuous flow synthesis in 2000. She focuses on the development of continuous flow systems and solutions from industrial and academic partners – more recently addressing scale-up challenges for industrial processes. Strategic partners include 3M Germany and DSM. Over the course of her career she has published more than 60 peer-reviewed articles and several book chapters and books on the subject.
