The official language of the conference is English. Simultaneous translation will be not available.
A digital book of abstracts will be available only for registered participants shortly before the conference.

A video projector and a presentation notebook will be provided. Please bring your lecture presentation as PowerPoint-file on an USB stick.
If you need internet/software for your presentation or if videos are included in your presentation, please inform the conference office in advance. Here we ask you to bring your own laptop as a backup.
The length of the presentation is 20 minutes including approx. 5 minutes for discussion.
Strict adherence to time is required for the smooth running of the conference.
- Please use 16:9 slide format for your PowerPoint presentation.
- We recommend that you use a minimum font size of 24 pt for your presentation slides.
We plan to make presentations available exclusively to conference participants as PDF-files for a limited time. We will announce details of the procedure in good time.

Poster Guidelines for download
- Poster exhibition takes place throughout the whole conference.
- Please put up your poster on Monday, 11 September by 10.00.
- Best Poster Presentations will be awarded in the closing session.
As a major guideline it is proposed to make the poster intelligible in itself, even in the absence of the author. It is suggested to divide the contents of each poster into introduction, results and conclusions, with a summary listing the pertinent results and conclusions.
The poster should be legible from a distance of 2-3 meters. Standard size for posters is 0.85 x 1.2 m (DIN A0-German Standard) vertically oriented. Therefore, please find the following specifications:
