At the H4 Hotel Kassel, where the conference takes place, we have arranged a contingent of rooms for conference participants. After the deadline 5 January 2026, all unbooked rooms will automatically be released back into the hotel's general availability. Cancellations of room reservations can be made for free before 26 January 2026.
