If a booking is cancelled before 22nd September 2014, the participation fee is reimbursed less an administrative fee of 30 €. If cancellation is made at a later date, the participant is charged 80% of the participation fee. Cancellations are only accepted in writing (i.e. by fax or e-mail). The relevant cancellation date is the date of receipt.
If a participant does not come to the conference or leaves before its end, the full attendance fee remains payable.
