How do I become a DECHEMA member?
Mixed VAT: Registration fee includes business package with 19% VAT. No VAT for scientific conferences in accordance with § 4.22 UstG (German VAT Act).
The participation fee includes a conference ticket, abstracts as a download (PDF), a list of participants, and food and drinks during all coffee and lunch breaks and the poster party.

Once your registration has been processed, you will receive an email with a booking confirmation and a link to download your invoice (with payment reference) as a PDF.
Registration is possible until the start of the conference (depending on the capacity of the lecture rooms).
Payment of the participation fees can be made by credit card (MasterCard, Visa or Amex) or direct debit.
Cancellations will only be accepted in writing (i.e. by post or email). In the event of non-attendance or early departure, the full participation fee is payable. Details of cancellation deadlines and fees can be found in the conference terms and conditions.
