Cancellations for catering and accommodation at the Evangelische Akademie can only be accepted by 20 September 2024. After that date, the full amount will be charged if reserved rooms cannot be let to another participant.
In this case, meals and drinks for the whole duration (3-6 November) cost 199 EUR (incl. 19% VAT and Schloss tax) and can be booked via conference website.
As rooms at the Evangelische Akademie are limited, some participants will stay in hotels nearby. In this case, please pay the room and breakfast at the hotel.
