The poster presentation of latest results is an important facet of the scientific programme. The posters will be presented and numbered according to the poster programme.
General Information
The posters will be presented and numbered according to the poster programme, which will be published soon. The poster programme is splitted into 3 sessions.
Poster Session A
Posters of session A should be mounted until Monday, 23 September 2013, 9:00 and to be removed at the end of the day. The poster session A will take place on Monday, 23 September 2013 directly after Lunch, from 14:00 to 15:00.
The opportunities to present the posters are during the breaks on Monday and the poster session A.
Poster Session B
Posters of session B should be mounted on Tuesday morning, 24 September 2013, until 9:00 and to be removed at the end of the day. The poster session B will take place on Tuesday, 24 September 2013 directly after Lunch, from 13:45 to 14:45.
The opportunities to present the posters are during the breaks on Tuesday and the poster session B.
Poster Session C
Posters of session C should be mounted on Wedndesday morning, 25 September 2013, until 9:00 and to be removed at the end of the day. The poster session C will take place on Wedndesday, 25 September 2013 directly after Lunch, from 13:45 to 14:45.
The opportunities to present the posters are during the breaks on Wednesday and the poster session C.

The time for the short oral presentation will be 10 minutes including question time. Strict timekeeping will be essential for the smooth running of the conference. The lecture has to be presented in English.
A data projector and a notebook will be available (MS- Office-Version 2010, Acrobat Reader (Version 9.3) and PowerPoint Viewer 2007). Please bring your presentation on an USB stick or on a CD ROM. The presentation should be uploaded at the conference notebook preferable te day before your presentation or at least 2 hours prior.
In case you have special technical requirements regarding your presentation (e.g. a video, or using Apple Software) please use your own laptop and make sure that the display screen is adjusted to 1024x768 (XGA) pixel for screen resolution and give us information in case your laptop has only DVI access.

In order to have your curriculum vitae available for the session chairs to introduce you to the audience, please complete the enclosed form and return it to congress office until 15 July 2013 at the latest.
The time for the invited lecture will be 30 minutes including question time; the keynote lectures will be 45 minutes inclusive question time.
