The "Advances in Chemical Biology" conference will again serve as an ideal platform to showcase latest advancements and cutting-edge research in the dynamic field of Chemical Biology.
Lectures by young researchers and the posters exhibition will be at the heart of the conference. In addition to many inspiring invited lectures, the poster authors will have the opportunity to present their posters in a short lecture session.
Christian Hertweck (Jena), Rolf Müller (Saarbrücken), Chris Schofield (Oxford) and Helma Wennemers (Zurich) will give keynotes. The recipient of the Richard Willstätter Prize, recognizing exceptional long-standing contributions to chemical biology, will also present a keynote lecture.
A tutorial workshop by Kurt Ritter will precede the lecture programme.
There is also an ongoing call for the Chemical Biology Lectureship, which aims to acknowledge the accomplishments of early-career researchers who have made noteworthy contributions to the chemical biology domain through pioneering research methodologies. Qualified candidates should be affiliated with academic institutions in EU countries outside Germany or associated territories, generally under the age of 40.
The deadline for submissions and nominations is 31 May 2026.
