At the H4 Hotel Kassel, where the conference takes place, we have arranged a contingent of rooms for conference participants.

Arrival: February 2 or 3, 2026
Departure: February 4, 2026

Comfort Room for single occupancy: EUR 115 per room and night, incl. breakfast
Supplement for double occupancy: EUR 20 per room and night

Conference participants book individually at the special rate using the booking link by 5 January 2026 directly with the hotel.

After the deadline 5 January 2026, all unbooked rooms will automatically be released back into the hotel's general availability.
Cancellations of room reservations can be made for free before 26 January 2026.
