Rooms at the Evangelische Akademie are limited, we recommend an early booking via DECHEMA booking site (NOT via Akademie website). The distribution of rooms bases on "First come first served".

As rooms at the Evangelische Akademie are limited, some participants will stay in hotels nearby. In this case, please pay your room and breakfast at the hotel. We recommend an early booking as school holidays start in October.
