On 14 May 2023, the traditional pre-dinner meeting takes part. This get-together has established itself as the kick-off meeting of the "Himmelfahrtstagung".

The restaurant is in 10 minutes walking distance to the Seminrhaus.
The costs for food and beverages are not included, payment has to be made on-site.
The city tour starts after the conference program at the seminar house and ends at Villa Haar, where the BBQ will take place. If you don't want to join the City tour , you have to come to Villa Haar on your own.
We are looking forward to our barbecue party on 16 May 2023 starting at 7:30 p.m. at Villa Haar in Weimar. The costs for this evening are included in the ticket price.
We will walk together from the Seminarhaus to Villa Haar and combine the walk with a guided tour of Weimar.
