POSTPONED: Trends in Metabolomics

Call for Papers

Metabolomics is closing an important gap in the area of post genome research. Determining the information flow from genome to transcriptome, proteome and finally metabolome allows, for the first time, a comprehensive description of living systems.

The Trends in Metabolomics meeting (26 - 28 April 2022, Frankfurt/M, Germany) will again cover current topics ranging from technical developments in analytics, the integration of metabolomics into systems biology to biomarker discovery in biomedical research

The programme committee, consisting of board members of Deutsche Gesellschaft für Metabolomforschung (DGMet) and the DECHEMA Working Group on Systems and Synthetic Biology, invites you to submit abstracts of lectures and posters to the followng topics:

1. From data to knowledge

2. Integration of metabolomics data

3. Enabling technologies: High-throughput methods, big data, computational/algorithmical data analysis, data mining, MS imaging, lipidomics

4. Quantification, reproducibility, identification, and standardization (Metrology)

Please submit proposed contributions (lecture or poster) in form of a one or two page abstract (max. 1 MB) through the button below. The congress language is English.

  1. Please only use the conference template to correctly format your contribution. For uploads in the system please submit a PDF-version.

  2. Enter the author list (author and co-authors) and contact details in the same order as in your abstract!

  3. DECHEMA will NOT make any changes or corrective action regarding the author information, so please make sure to check them accurately.

The selection of the contributions will be based on the review of the abstracts by the Committee.
