Tandem Lecture = 25 min plus 5 min discussion
Short Lecture = 10 min plus 5 min discussion, 5 min change to next talk
Company presentation = 35 min incl. discussion
Poster presentation = 20 min incl. discussion, 5 min change to next poster

As a meeting platform we use ZOOM Webinar and ZOOM Meeting (Break-Out-Rooms).
It is absolutely necessary to download the ZOOM App, as you will not be able to present your company or poster by web access.
Presentation format: 16:9
Test Sessions: 17 - 19 February 2021 (details will be sent in due time)
- approx. 60-120 min session each,
- test audio, video and slide sharing as well as interact with chairperson.
- Please use the same equipment and location for test session and conference.
