Registration will be open as long as free capacity is available (100 participants). You will receive an email with a booking confirmation as well as hyperlinks to download your invoice and payment confirmation as PDF files.
Participation fees is paid by credit card (Master-Card, Visa, Amex or Diners) or direct debit.
30 € administrative costs will be charged for cancellations made before 20 September 2024. Thereafter 80% of the registration fee will be invoiced. Cancellation must be made in writing (letter, fax or e-mail).
In case of no-show or cancellation of participation, the full participation fees must be paid.
