It is our pleasure to invite you to the

2nd workshop of the European Network on Viral Vaccine Processes (ENVVP)
to be held in October 10 -11, 2011 in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

The aim of this workshop is to establish a platform for scientists and engineers from basic and applied research, R&D, vaccine manufacturing, regulatory authorities, charity and foundations to discuss current status and future developments related to viral vaccine production processes. In the medium and long term topics to be addressed will cover a wide range from virus-host cell interaction, upstream and downstream processing, analytics to modeling, design and optimization of manufacturing processes.

This second workshop will focus on

"Viral vaccine development for human and veterinary applications"

with contributions from academia, industry, regulatory authorities, charity and foundations. In addition, selected topics from state-of-the-art research in vaccine and viral vector manufacturing will be presented by internationally renowned speakers.

The number of participants is limited to 80.
