The objective of this 2-day workshop is to discuss the present state and future development in modeling virus dynamics.
The focus will be on theoretical aspects of mathematical modeling, as well as concepts from systems biology and model validation. Special attention will be given to the relevance of these methods in the development and improvement of practical applications.
The meeting will be organized into 4 sequential sessions with lectures from keynote speakers and a poster session.
» Session 1: Virus replication at the intracellular level
» Session 2: Models of simple in vitro viral infection systems
» Session 3: In vivo modeling and how to implement the immune response
» Session 4: Computational tools and theoretical aspects
We are looking forward to welcoming you in Frankfurt in July 2013.
