ATC Conference goes PhD and discusses aspects of the currently most pressing issue to minimize climate change.

How can inorganic chemistry help to minimize climate change?

Join the 1^st ATC PhD Student Workshop online on Wednesday, 24^th February 2021 and help to give an answer to the question ”What kind of processes, materials and products currently are developed in industry and within the academic world to reduce green-house gases?”

The workshop will provide a forum for PhD students and young scientists from academia and industry.

• Present your project to other PhD students and discuss your challenges and results.
• Start your network within the community of inorganic chemistry and other researchers, which also are about to start their career.
• Make contact to representatives from industry.

Experts from industry and academia will give an overview in tandem lectures on different aspects of how different initiatives are aiming at minimizing the climate change. This is followed by selected short presentations of the participants (PhD students). In the afternoon participants can present their posters and visit the recruiting booths of the companies.

PhD students who only attend the Workshop on 24 February will pay a reduced fee of 50 EUR (members) / 65 EUR (regular). We recommend to take part in both events ATC PhD Student Workshop on 24 February and the ATC Special on 25 February 2021 for 80 EUR (members) / 95 EUR (regular).
