Conference Language
The official language of the conference is English. Simultaneous translation will be not available.
Introduction to the audience/CV
A brief CV questionary enables your chair person to introduce you to the audience. Therefore all lecturers are asked to download the CV form and to return it to by 19 April 2021.
Technical Information and speakers briefing
In order to participate at the web conference you will need a stable internet connection. The following tools will be used for the conference: Converia Virtual Venue, Zoom (no license needed). We will send you the log-in data for the Virtual Venue a few days before the conference starts.
We will send you all necessary technical information prior the conference. Additionally, we would be happy to check all technical details with you in a Speaker's Briefing on 06 May 2021. The exact time and log-in data for the briefing will follow. Please keep the morning free for this.
Lectures/Oral Presentations
Keynote lecture: |
30 minutes, following 10 minutes discussion |
Oral presentation: |
20 minutes, plus 10 minutes joint discussion at the end of the session (with the other speakers of the session) |
Strict timekeeping will be essential for the smooth running of the conference.
As each session (except keynote lectures) ends with a joint discussion, we kindly ask you to stay in the Zoom conference until the end of the joint discussion.
