Tour A: Highlights of the Old Town
The guide will tell you some fascinating stories, explore the charming "olde worlde" streets and lanes with you, and discover the main historic sites of Freiburg.
Tour B: Delicious Freiburg (min. 10, and max. 18 persons)
This original tour not only appeals to the eyes and ears, you can also taste some of the specialities and local wine. Did you know that there was a purity law for wine making which originated in Freiburg at the end of the 15th Century? Or that Freiburg is the biggest wine-producing city in Germany? Our tour to picturesque facades and historic wine cellars offers insight into the history of Freiburg and winemaking, also with little wine tasting.
Please note: Both tours start at the entrance of Konzerthaus and end at the Bergbahn station "Stadtgarten" (cable car station). The cable car goes every 10 min up and down to the Schlossbergrestaurant Dattler. You can also walk uphill within 15 min.
