Registration fees

All Prices are quoted in Euro. No VAT requested according to § 4.22 UStG. Registration fee includes a Business Package with VAT.

ONLINE REGISTRATION

The DECHEMA terms and conditions apply for all conferences . Please note that the following information are exerpts and supplements to the general terms and conditions.

Registration

Registration is possible, subject to capacity in the lecture rooms, up to the beginning of the conference. You will receive an email with a booking confirmation and  hyperlinks to download your invoice and payment confirmation as PDF files.

The registration fees include a conference ticket, a book of abstracts (PDF), a list of participants and food & beverages during coffee and lunch breaks as well as during the poster party. The printed conference programme will be handed out on-site.

Editorial deadline for list of participants is 1 July 2022.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations are only accepted in writing (i.e. by fax, surface mail or e-mail).
Please find details about cancellation dates and fees in the general terms and conditions. In case of no-show the conference fees won't be refunded and fees that might not have been paid yet, still have to be paid.
