Please note following allocation:
Poster Session A on Monday, 25 September 2017, 13:30 to 14:45: → P 1 - P 59, P 82
Posters of session A should be mounted until Monday, 25 September 2017, 9:00 and to be removed at the end of the day.
The opportunities to present the posters are during all breaks on Monday and the poster session A. Important: please remove your poster until Monday evening, 18:00.
Poster Session B on Tuesday, 26 September 2017, 13:45 to 15:00:
→ P 60 - P 109, P 141, P 142, P 143
Posters of session B should be mounted on Tuesday, 26 September 2017, until 9:00 and to be removed at the end of the day.
The opportunities to present the posters are during all breaks on Tuesday and the poster session B. Important: please remove your poster until Tuesday evening, 18:00.
Poster Session C on Wednesday, 27 September 2017, 13:45 to 15:00: → P 110 - P 166
Posters of session C should be mounted on Wednesday, 27 September 2017, until 9:00 and to be removed at the end of the day.
The opportunities to present the posters are during all breaks on Tuesday and the poster session C. Important: please remove your poster until Wednesday evening, 18:00.
Poster Prizes will be awarded to the best contributions. The award ceremony will take place within the closing remarks on Wednesday, 27 September 2017, from 17:30.
Oral Presentation - Information
Oral presentations:
15 minutes inclusive 3 minutes discussion time
Keynote presentations:
30 minutes incl 5 min. discussion time
→ Strict timekeeping will be essential for the smooth running of the conference. The lecture has to be presented in English.
A data projector and a notebook will be available (MS- Office-Version 2010, Acrobat Reader (Version 9.3) and PowerPoint Viewer 2007). Please bring your presentation on an USB stick or on a CD ROM. The presentation should be uploaded to the conference notebook preferably the day before your presentation or at least 2 hours prior.
In case you have special technical requirements regarding your presentation (e.g. a video, or using Apple Software) please use your own laptop and make sure that the display screen is adjusted to 1024x768 (XGA) pixel for screen resolution and give us information in case your laptop has only DVI access.
Publication - proceedings through Trans Tech Publications Ltd
The proceedings will be handed out onsite according to your selection (printed book or USB stick. Participants who registered after midst of June will receive an USB stick.
