The conference fee includes the book of abstracts, list of participants, meals and beverages
during the breaks.
Registration is limited to 70 participants on a first come, first serve basis.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
On-site both payments by credit card or cash are accepted.
An invoice will be sent to you by regular mail after the conference.
CANCELLATION
Only written cancellations will be accepted (letter, fax or e-mail).
€ 30 administrative costs will be charged for cancellations made before 23 June 2013. Later cancellations will be subject to a charge equal to 80% of the registration fee. From the conference date on, no refund is possible. If the event is cancelled by the Bunsen Society, the full fees will be refunded. Further claims for compensation are excluded.
Special Cancellation Policy for Social Activities:
• CONFERENCE DINNER:
Conference Dinner tickets can be cancelled without charges before 23 June 2013.
Cancellations received thereafter will not be eligible for any refund.
• GUIDED WALKING TOUR OF FRANKFURT:
Tickets for the Guided Walking Tour can be cancelled without charges before 23 June 2013.
Cancellations received thereafter will not be eligible for any refund.
