Research in inorganic chemistry is the key to manifold applications in industrial fields and covers as diverse fields as materials development, energy generation, energy storage or consumer products. Applications in modern electronics, solar cells, polymers, batteries or paints and finishes are just a few examples of the importance of inorganic materials for everyday life. At the 29th ATC 2020: Industrial Inorganic Chemistry - Materials and Processes, experts from industry and academia present and discuss the latest science, providing the chance to get a holistic view of the field and explore cross-sectoral topics - a unique opportunity for interdisciplinary exchange and the development of new ideas!

Registration is possible up to the beginning of the conference. Confirmation of registration will be sent immediately by mail. You normally will receive the invoice, with payment confirmation, by post mail within two weeks.
Editorial deadline for the list of participants is 31 January 2020.
The registration fees include conference ticket, book of abstracts, list of participants, lunch and coffee breaks. All documents will be handed out on-site.
Traditionally, the participation of undergraduate and graduate students is fostered through granting reduced entry fares. University teachers also are allowed to bring in one graduate student for free. Details can be found when processing the registration.
Cancellations are only accepted in writing (i.e. by fax, postal mail or e-mail).
Please find details about cancellation dates and fees in the general terms and conditions. In case of no-show the conference fees won't be refunded and fees not yet paid still have to be paid.

Dear lecture and poster authors, please note: Registration fee cannot be waived for authors. Please use the online registration. If you are unable to present your lecture for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible.
The official language of the conference is English.
A brief CV questionary enables the appropriate chair person to introduce all lecturers to the audience. Therefore lecturers are asked to download the CV form and to return it to the conference secretariat by 31 December 2019.
A video projector and a notebook (MS Office 2016 und Adobe Acrobat Reader DC) will be provided. Please bring your lecture as PowerPoint or PDF-File on a USB stick. You can also bring your own laptop computer as a backup.
In case that you need internet /special software for your presentation or if you have videos included into your file, please notify the conference secretariat in advance.
Plenary lecture is planned for a duration of 35 min plus 10 min discussion.
Tandem lecture is planned for a duration of 45 min plus 15 min discussion.
Invited lectures are planned for a duration of 20 min plus 10 min discussion.
Lectures from the call for papers are planned for a duration of 15 min plus 5 min discussion.
Strict timekeeping will be essential for the smooth running of the conference.
We suggest to use a minimum font of 24 pt for your presentation slides.

As a major guideline it is proposed to make the poster intelligible in itself, even in the absence of the author. It is suggested to divide the contents of each poster into introduction, results and conclusions, with a summary listing the pertinent results and conclusions.
The posters should be put up latest on Thursday, 20 February 2020 at 10.00 a.m. and taken down at the end of the conference on Friday, 21 February 2020 .
The possibilities to present the posters are during lunch and coffee breaks and during the Poster-Party on Thursday, 20 February 2020, 6.10 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. Authors are expected to be present during the Poster-Party.
The BestPoster will be awarded on Friday, 21 February 2020 before the coffee break at 10:40 am. Authors are expected to be present.

True to the aim of stimulating the exchange between industry and academia, lecturers from companies will alternate with lecturers from universities and research institutions. The following speakers have already confirmed their participation:

A forum for young reaserachers
Young researchers are encouraged to submit their work and use this event as a first class opportunity to come into contact with potential employers as usually more than one third of all attendees of the conference come from industry. A poster prize will be awarded.
